About Brett Tourscher

What inspires you?


I am inspired by Meditation and Yoga. I love to learn about things, and how it works with your mind and body. I love to help people push to become better inside themselves and show them the knowledge and benefits behind both Meditation & Yoga!


What did you dream of when you were younger?


When I was young, I dreamt of running my own business, being my own boss, and setting my own schedule. I didn’t want to sit in a boring desk all day, wishing I was doing something else. So I went out and found what I was looking for.


What’s the best advice you’ve been given?


The best advice I have been given is to always give something your all. Whether you like it or not. Give it a try. When I started as a Wellness Coach, my mentor told me “Give it a try for one whole year, if you don’t like it, you can quit. But ONLY after that one year is up”!


What are you most proud of?


The thing I am most proud of in my life is finally coming to the terms of what I want to do in my life, and how I should spend my time. I am proud of coming out of my comfort zone, and into something I am really really passionate about!








Since I could remember, I have always had a passion for writing. I would journal my day or feelings, really anything that was on my mind. I wanted to become a Journalist and was told day after day that it was not a career. So I stopped wanting and I stopped looking. At the beginning of 2020, I started writing my own novel, and it is still in the works! I wanted to pursue this on my own, and I have been writing for the past year for myself and others. Just trying to make the most out of it and give joy to my readers in so many different ways!
